Shepherd to Shepherd meetings are regionally-based gatherings of church leaders for the purpose of prayer, encouragement, and discussing ministry in a pandemic world. They meet monthly from January - May/June, with times depending on the location.

Shepherd to Shepherd 2025 is designed for pastors and church leaders who want to assess their church’s current stage in the church-life cycle and develop a strategic plan to move toward sustained health and growth. Using the framework from Tony Morgan’s book The Unstuck Church and the NWBC’s T.H.R.I.V.E Vision/Revitalize workshop, STS ’25 will provide the tools and insights necessary for revitalizing your church’s ministry and long-term effectiveness.

Learn proven strategies from a trusted framework for church health

Develop a customized action plan through the interactive T.H.R.I.V.E. workshop to discover practical steps in moving toward/remaining in sustained health.
